SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan):
For orders to be delivered within Pakistan, the standard shipping timeframe is 2 weeks, or the estimated delivery date will be communicated during the order confirmation. Any unexpected delays will be promptly communicated to you. In case you haven’t received any communication, please ensure that your email and phone contacts are accessible and correctly defined.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For our valued international customers, the delivery period is typically 18-25 working days after the confirmation of payment, typically through bank transfer. However, it’s important to note that unforeseen delivery delays can occur due to factors such as customs clearance or other undefined circumstances. In some cases, these delays may extend to 5-6 additional working days or more. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays. This includes cases where the delay hasn’t been explicitly communicated to the customer, whether the order was placed through a domestic or international payment method.

DELIVERY CHARGES:
The delivery charges may vary depending on the specific products ordered and the chosen delivery location. Please note that these charges are non-refundable. It’s essential to be aware that any additional charges related to customs duties imposed by local authorities or governments outside Pakistan are not within our purview. Any such customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
