Exchange Policy
At Naureen Jamal, each outfit is carefully crafted to meet the preferences of our valued customers. For this reason, exchanges based on personal preference are not offered.
Exchanges are only facilitated in the rare event that a defective or incorrect item is received. In such cases, the item must remain unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All shipping and handling charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Return Policy
All orders placed with Naureen Jamal are final and non-refundable. However, an exchange may be offered if an incorrect item has been dispatched, subject to product and size availability.
Any concerns must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Naureen Jamal reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request if the stated conditions are not met.
Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final, and monetary refunds are not provided. Instead, customers may exchange their purchase for items of equal or higher value. Your satisfaction remains at the core of our commitment to excellence.
For customers who pay via Credit Card, the order amount will not be refunded; instead, a coupon of the same value will be issued to purchase from Naureen Jamal valid for 60 days.
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer information with any third parties.
Product & Colour Disclaimer
At Naureen Jamal, we strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to studio lighting, photography, fabric texture, embellishments, and individual screen settings. These minor differences are a natural part of the production process and are not considered defects. Customers are advised to carefully review the product description before placing an order.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Submit a Request

- Your order number
- Clear images of the item
- The reason for the exchange
2. Review & Approval
Our team will review your request. Once approved, you will be informed about the next steps.
3. Shipping Costs
All exchange-related shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an incorrect or damaged item was delivered.
Alterations
Ordered a size or length that needs adjustment? No worries—we’re happy to help. You may send the outfit back to us for alterations.
An alteration fee of PKR 4,500 will apply.
